I want to preface this by saying I’m not normally a fan or anything remotely close when it comes to car dealerships, but my experience at Bob Howard Buick GMC completely changed that. Bobby and Ricky made shopping for a new truck feel like anything but shopping at a dealership. I wasn’t met with the typical leech car salesman. These guys were awesome. They spent probably half a day or more with me making sure I was totally comfortable and got to test drive anything I wanted to. In addition, they were never pushy, never tried to talk me into one vehicle over another and never tried to upsell me on anything. I can’t speak highly enough of those two guys. Ricky was with me the whole time and made sure I knew there was no pressure to make any rushed decision, and he catered to anything I requested. He made it his whole goal to find the exact vehicle I wanted instead of trying to put me in one because he liked it. He’s the most knowledgeable vehicle salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Because of that day we have become friends and still keep in contact. They made buying a new truck one of the easiest and stress free experiences I’ve ever had. They were so good to me on price that I was actually thrilled to get to spend time with them. I’ll always go back and see them for future cars and trucks.
