I had to take my brand new car (less than 1500 miles) in for repairs a month and a half after purchasing due to error messages. When I picked it up and drove off the lot, I started getting new error messages for a failed tire sensor. They kept my car for 3 days and did not offer a loaner. In addition to that, another one of my family members also used them for repairs on her car and they are not calling back or honoring her extended warranty. Very disappointed in this dealership!
I worked with Ramsey to get my car fixed she did a great job went out of her way. The dealership got me a loaner car which was a blessing and I was able to leave my car there long enough to get fixed. I need a car due to my mother's illness and I have to take her to the hospital just about every day. So I will definitely recommend going to Bob Howard Buick. Thank you again
