Made an appointment for 8am for an oil change, at 9:50am my truck was still sitting outside and hadn’t been serviced yet. Very poor, no need to make appointments

Booked an oil change for Saturday morning. Was in and out in a couple of hours. No issues. Would recommend this Service Center.
Ramsie Watson greeted me at the service center. She explained what needed doing to the car and gave me a time of completion. Nice waiting lounge and the job was done on time. Ramsie was attentive and gave me an update along the way. Very pleased.
The service was quick and everything went well. Felt price was a little high for an oil change.
Had an issue with my DEF tank and took it to the BH service dept. Tuc diagnosed the issue and handled the problem within 24 hrs. Was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff
The service department went above and beyond. The tech did a great job repairing my truck and the service manager went out of his way and met me on Sunday to get my truck. I’m still shocked he was so accommodating. Hard to find these days.
They worked with us on our trade and new Terrain really efficiently. We came late and got out of there in about an hour and a half once started to make our deal. Edward did a really good job at not being pushy.
Mr.Chad Dear in the maintenance department is always AWESOME to work with oh yes.

Recently brought my new AT4X to Bob Howard GMC for its 1st service appointment. My advisor, Jeff Wilson, asked for my name right away, took my info, and asked if I needed a ride back to my house. This is the 1st time for me in all my years owning cars. Jeff was professional throughout the process, gave me info before driving and after my truck was done. I had shown up less than an hour before closing to look at a used vehicle. When I had arrived I had met Mark Samson and he greeted me very professionally and was happy to show me the vehicle I was interested in. Coming from range rover to GMC (Denali), I’m never wowed. The facilities aren’t super nice and the service is lackluster. However, they get the job done. I’ll keep coming back but don’t necessarily enjoy it…

I dealt with service advisor Chad for four new tires and wheel alignment service for my Hyundai Santa Fe. The service and pricing were excellent. And I was able to get it all done in one trip. Chad was easy to deal with, and scheduled me after making sure he could get in the tires I specifically wanted. Then, he got me in on time, and got it done and my car runs great. Dropped car off at 9:00 am for oil/change came back at 11:30 and car was not even in que yet to be worked on. No communication is why I am frustrated. I shouldn't have to waste a whole sat for an oil change.

I called service about getting my GMC in for servicing. I explained it was loosing oil and I was told it can be put on a machine and evaluated, just bring it in early in the morning.
I brought it in and was told there was no such test and the can change the oil then check it at 2000 miles then evaluate it. I took my vehicle Bach to Bob Howard because you stripped the oil pan plug. Spent a lot of unnecessary time explaining this to the tech who didn’t trust it to be the case. I appreciate your dealership. I didn’t appreciate that.
I took my vehicle in for service with an expectation of being completed in one week. One week turned into three. I was told on three occasions that it would be done at certain times and never received an update letting me know that it would not be ready. Phone calls to my service advisor were not returned as promised. I had to call and ask for this survey to be sent to me one week after I received my vehicle back. Had a very good experience overall. I do find it crappy that they let me drive away with a tire that had a slow leak saying it was a “sensor issue”. Also an “AI set up an original test drive with another vehicle that sold the previous evening and didn’t notify me, didn’t even actually put me in the system and set up the test drive either. Kai Campbell was very helpful finding another vehicle to purchase.

All worked great! Chad was who helped me and did a great job. The only complaint I have is the price. It should still include tire rotation. Very pricey.
We came from kansas to buy a car that we seen on the internet. Everything went smooth
They took no time at all to find a truck that met my wants and budget.
I brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation service. I was met by Jeff who immediately greeted me with a bad attitude. Very nice and helpful and gave me a free oil change since this was the first one on the car. The dealership was very knowledgeable and explained everything about my car thoroughly.
Good customer service and they even vacuumed my car after servicing. It took some work but they were able to fix it.

I had an engine light on so I called and they had availability for me to drop by. The issue was cover under warranty so David got me an uber home and a uber back when my truck was fixed! Big shout out to David for having great customer service!

Had the check engine light come on for my Cadillac Escalade and this location was able to replace the ECM valve within 2 days and got me back in my vehicle quickly.
The service crew was knowledgeable, personable and supportive towards the needs of my vehicle. Timing of the service completion exceeded my expectation.
Joel promptly greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained my interest and Joel went work locating the Yukon XL I found online. We discussed the vehicle and my trade in Tahoe, found a middle ground and closed the deal with a minimum hassle and time.

Not satisfied with vehicle. Transmission issues, taken to get fix not fixed brake still squeak. Overall not good vehicle for cost and issue.
