Good leadership that does good work. The only problem is have is when you call and ask questions about getting your cars engine looked at before the warranty expires they say year bring it in. I take it in and am told that the can't look at it until Monday, its Friday at 7am why cant they. I was then told to leave it,I can't due to this being my only car. I had to take my brand new car (less than 1500 miles) in for repairs a month and a half after purchasing due to error messages. I worked with Ramsey to get my car fixed she did a great job went out of her way. The dealership got me a loaner car which was a blessing and I was able to leave my car there long enough to get fixed. I need a car due to my mother's illness and I have to take her to the hospital just about every day. So I will definitely recommend going to Bob Howard Buick. Thank you again
