I am pleased with my overall experience. My salesman was respectful and helpful. However, I believe that the dealership could improve by guiding & educating the customer through the financing portion and what steps need to be taken after the transaction is complete. There was little and unclear communication about the status of my loan transfer and when/how I would receive title.
