Both of the service reps I dealt with were very friendly and helpful but I encountered a lot more issues than I should have in one trip I felt. I dropped my car off for the day and ended up having to leave it there for 2 days unexpectedly because a part didn't arrive. Had I known it would take so long I would have scheduled a loaner. Then when I finally did pick up my car the free wash/vacuum I was due to receive was not done - after they had the car for 2 days! Then my glove box which I assumed was moved to reach the cabin filter was not installed back in correctly and would not shut. So after discovering both of these I had to leave my car there yet again and come back. Finally after getting the car on my way home I discover the air conditioner is still making the exact same noise I dropped it off for. This was discovered within minutes of me driving it. I found this extremely disappointing because it shows me whoever worked on it didn't ever listen for the initial sound to see exactly what I was referring to or they didn't test it out after replacing what they thought was wrong. I need to take the car back to get this resolved but I am a busy working mom and am now concerned to take my car there yet again and not get it back the same day. I just felt all of what I encountered could have been avoided had a little more time and detail been given. Again, though I will reiterate that both service reps I dealt with were very friendly and took the time to listen and address my issues when I brought them to them.
