I was scheduled for a multi-point inspection and to have nitrogen placed in my tires. There is also a rattle when I start my car sometimes that I wanted checked out. When I got there, the service advisor heard the rattle, but the tech couldnt get it to replicate later and could not identify the problem. No big deal, Ive had that happen with cars in the past. What I am upset about is that I confirmed several times that my tires were inflated with nitrogen. After I had already left the dealership, I happened to look at the PSI display for my tires and they were all at the same lower PSI as before I brought my car in. Additionally, even though a multi-point inspection was allegedly completed, no one informed me that a couple of my fluid levels (radiator and window wash) were low. The service advisor was very helpful, so please dont interpret this as a criticism of him. I am skeptical about whether Ill bring my car back to be serviced at the dealership
