When I asked for a quote on the cost of the repair, I was given a certain amount. When I was given the bill, I noticed the cost was higher (shop supplies). I would like to be given the total cost up front. When I checked under the hood, I noticed that the cap on the coolant tank was loose and some coolant had splashed out. I had to clean it up.
