I think the Service Parts Department did an exceptional job with helping us resolve the issues I have been having with my vehicle since the day after we bought the SUV. I will NEVER tell anyone to buy a vehicle from here. The salesperson lied about so many things, including my car having navigation (I travel a lot for work and was one of the main things I wanted). Come to find out, my SUV is not even compatible to have navigation unless I buy something aftermarket. When we tried to speak to the salesmen about some of the issues, he told us that my warranty wasn't in place yet and we already drove the car off the lot, so there wasn't really anything he could do. I have only had my car a couple months and I am now looking to trade it in for a vehicle that has all the features I am needing.
Excellent customer service. David, the service tech, was polite, offered clear explanations of what service was to be performed on my truck, and answered all my questions. No pressure to have more service done than was necessary. I appreciate that.
Well, the repairs seem to have been done correctly--a massive rebuilt of my engine--and all sounds good and I appreciate the professional work. But, in the days the engine was being rebuilt--approx 9-10 days, I did not receive an update call. I called after 5-6 days to get an update and received a return email and call quickly, so I appreciated that. Also, after rebuilt I figured I'd have specific instructions, if any, regarding how to 'break" the engine in, etc, but did not---so I'm guessing I just stick to my normal driving. Also, I was told that there was a 2-year warranty with unlimited miles on the engine rebuilt parts and labor, but received no paper work to confirm this policy. Just some items that I expected after dropping over $5000.
All of the staff was kind and caring, Ron Reeves the sales manager greeted me personally upon my arrival. Luckie thoroughly explained the details and features on the 2019 Buick Encore and was extremely helpful during the test drive and decision making process. Sami did a great job quickly and carefully closing out the paperwork. It was a pretty quick virtually hassle free process.
Dropped the vehicle off at 8:30am for an oil change and rotation. Mentioned that the suspension was noisy and your service shop had already attempted to fix the issue. At 2:13pm I received a text from your shop saying that some additional items needed IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. All of those items are still covered under the factory warranty, but would have resulted in a $400 service bill. I declined the services within 2 minutes. Finally around 5:45pm I called your shop to see the status of the vehicle. I was told that "oh, its done...I guess the service guy didn't bring me the ticket." Really shocked at the lack of communication and dignity of the shop to send me repair items for warranty items. I took a screen shot from the list so I can leave you the google review that you have requested multiple times.
I called late on a Friday to see if I could get my air conditioner checked out and repaired on Saturday. I was told that I could. I took it in Saturday morning and it was repaired and ready to pick up by 3:00
Came in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. Picked up truck, went home, and upon further inspection realized that my tires didnt get rotated even though the ticket says they did and they spilled oil all over the driver side of my engine when filling it.
