During the repair a small retaining clip was inadvertently broken. This was a no fault to by technician but rather a design issue with the clip and improper procedure instructions. The broken part has been ordered with a upgraded expedited delivery. I was advised of the issue by the service writer who explained the situation in detail. Good responses by all involved. I feel confident the follow up and correction will be the performed as well.
Great service up front, was attended to really quick and the service provider did very well, I’m still waiting on a phone to get the tv monitor replaced before I head out on vacation hopefully I can get it fixed quickly
Everyone was very friendly. I felt comfortable which is a rare feeling to have at a car dealership. My salesman Erik Hill was very honest and upfront with me and answered all of my questions. The man who didn’t financing, Eric Cheatwood, was great. He was able to explain everything to me and help get me the best rate possible while getting me services that I will need to maintain my vehicle.
The mechanics working on my truck were inexperienced and needed some adult supervision to ensure the front end alignment was aligned properly and not have to go back several times to get the front end back into alignment. David the service advisor was excellent but just can’t say that for the repairs.
